EXTREMELY RARE 9” Vintage MCM Anthropomorphic Cat Figurine Set 1950s Kitsch

This stunning, ultra-rare 9-inch tall anthropomorphic ceramic cat figurine set captures the pinnacle of 1950s Japanese whimsical design. While the standard 5-inch variants from this housework series appear occasionally, this jumbo 9-inch statement pair is an incredibly hard-to-find treasure for serious vintage collectors. The set features two darling girl kittens styled with expressive large eyes and hand-painted details: * The Sweeper: A darling kitty meticulously sweeping with her broom. * The Washer: A precious kitty scrubbing away at a classic wooden wash tub overflowing with laundry soap bubbles. Both wear matching molded pink plaid dresses/aprons, encapsulating the iconic atomic-era "housewife" aesthetic that makes mid-century anthropomorphic ceramics so highly collectible today.
