Antique Early‎ 1900s Copper Oakland Motor Car (Pontiac) Ashtray Whitehead Hoag

This antique early 1900s copper ashtray by Whitehead - Hoag advertises the Oakland Motor Car, made by General Motors. The Oakland Motor Car Company of Pontiac, Michigan was purchased by GM in 1909 and continued to produce cars until being renamed Pontiac in 1931. It is marked Whitehead - Hoag on the back of the trim near the bottom point as shown in the last picture. The embossed ashtray measures 4.5" x 3.5", is in great condition, with no dents. It does have some black spots of tarnish on the front, and the back is tarnished. Please refer to photos to confirm condition. Pictures are of the items you will receive.
