Printed form reads \"Ceresco, Nebr., 19__ Farmers and Merchants Bank\" with \"Pay to the Order of\" and \"Dollars\" lines, account number box, and printer imprint \"United States Check Book Co., Omaha, U.S.A.\" Bank routing number 76-920/1049 is printed at top right, with pre-printed check number sequence at bottom. Features a yellow basketweave-pattern background and the attached top ledger stub (Balance Bro't For'd, Amount Deposited, Total, Amount This Check, Balance Car'd For'd) for record-keeping. Dating: The \"19__\" blank date format and printing style are consistent with mid-20th-century bank stationery; no more specific date is printed on the piece.
