Brand new and never worn open-front layered organza skirt with silver beads and holographic stars for layering with festival, costume, or carnival outfits! Purchased from DIYWORLDDesignsupply Etsy seller and ended up not wearing it for an event. Really beautiful, lightweight, and well made. The bottom of the skirt has some of the wire sticking out so that might need to be trimmed with scissors for comfort. The colors are a purple-blue mixed with green-teal but look different depending on the lighting. See photos for measurements laid flat. The white elastic has some stretch at the front (maybe adding up to 2”). The skirt is the same length all the way around.
