Vintage Soviet-Era Amber Bead Necklace – Over 60 Years Old Beautiful old amber bead necklace originating from the former Soviet Union. The necklace has been in the family for more than 70 years and shows the rich honey, cognac and dark amber tones that develop beautifully with age. Approximate weight: 70 grams. This is a genuine vintage piece, not a modern reproduction. The beads have natural variations in color, shape and transparency consistent with an older handmade necklace. Please note: I do not currently have a laboratory certificate confirming the amber, so buyers should evaluate the photographs carefully. The age is based on family history and provenance. Please note: the vintage clasp is loose and does not stay securely fastened. It may need repair or replacement
