Bottega Veneta Rialto Intrecciato Shoulder Bag

A rare and distinctive Bottega Veneta Rialto bag, created in the house’s signature spirit of understated, logo-free luxury. Named after Venice’s iconic Rialto Bridge, the sculptural leather detail across the front echoes a bridge spanning the center of the bag. What may first appear to be a bow is actually the architectural concept that defines the Rialto design. Handcrafted in Bottega Veneta’s signature Intrecciato woven leather. The substantial metal chain is especially beautiful: each link has a smooth, flattened profile rather than a conventional rounded shape, giving it a refined tactile quality and solid feel. This combination of Intrecciato leather, bridge-inspired detailing, and flat-link hardware is exceptionally unusual and rarely seen in other BV designs. Color: Dark charcoal gray with subtle olive undertones—not true black. The color shifts slightly depending on the light. Personally purchased by me in Milan and carefully preserved.
