I just bought this to wear at a work event this week and of course plans changed :( and not being much of a skirt person, I want to pass this adorable themed skirt to you in time for winter, snow, holidays, cruise, Christmas, Hanukkah, solstice, work parties, new years etc I washed/dried it ahead of time because it is 95% cotton, 5% spandex and wanted to make sure it didn't shrink on me. So the measurements you see in the photo are "pre shrunk". Waist measures 17" flat and length is 24" Zipper is in great working condition and everyone's favorite news about any skirt, it has POCKETS! It is a modern skirt but has a vintage artistic pattern and cut. There are pine trees, polar bears floating on ice, snowy mountains, train or light rails?, snow gondolas, eagles, and deer/buck on a snowy teal background. There is no brand label. This is really precious and I am bummed it didn't work out for me, but it would bring me joy if it works out for your special event!
