Vintage 90s Tejidos Imalaya hand-knit wool hooded zip sweater jacket, made in Otavalo, Ecuador. Cream with a gold, black and brown intarsia wolf-and-dreamcatcher graphic front, back and sleeves. Otavalo has been a wool weaving center for centuries, and this is what that trade produced in the 90s - heavy chunky hand-loomed knit with the graphic worked into the fabric, not printed on it. Geometric folk borders at the hem and cuffs. Heavy enough for real cold. Full-zip front, roomy attached hood with drawstring, dropped shoulders, two lower patch hand pockets. Endlessly versatile as a layer, a jacket, or the whole outfit. Size: no size tag - hand-knit. Fits like a roomy L/XL unisex.
