Mariposa puff sleeve organza midi dress

Absolutely love this dress, but it’s too big. I thought I could make it work since it ties at the waist, but no such luck. So, sending it off into the ether and looking for another one in my size. I wore it once and tried to make it work with a harness, but there is too much material up top. For reference, I’m usually a 6 and on rare occasion a 4. This is an 8 and probably fits like an 8/10.
