RARE VINTAGE JEAN PAUL GAULTIER HOMME WOOL JACKET — SIZE 52

Exceptional vintage Jean Paul Gaultier Homme jacket, circa early 1990s, made in Italy and remarkably preserved with its original Bergdorf Goodman, 745 Fifth Avenue retail tag still attached. This piece was pulled from storage, and was worn once or twice. The original Bergdorf Goodman tag is still intact, however the buttons have faded with time. Cut from a beautifully textured charcoal grey wool blend, the jacket has an unmistakably architectural silhouette: broad structured shoulders, elongated sleeves and a dramatically cropped, boxy body measuring just 21.5” in length. Although originally from the Jean Paul Gaultier Homme collection, the proportions feel remarkably contemporary and gender-fluid today. It could be styled as avant-garde menswear or worn oversized as womenswear — an authentic archival statement piece rather than a modern reproduction.
