Vintage Bally Black Genuine Ostrich Leather Top Handle Bag Gold Hardware

Beautiful vintage Bally handbag crafted in genuine black ostrich leather with distinctive natural quill texture throughout. A wonderfully elegant structured silhouette accented by polished gold-tone hardware, including oversized round handle mounts and the signature gold-tone Bally "B" emblem at the front. Made in Italy. The spacious interior features a top zippered compartment, additional interior storage and Bally Made in Italy gold stamping. Also included is a small mirror that was found wrapped in tissue inside the bag and appears to be original to the handbag. Approx measurements: 13" W x 10" H x 4.5" D. Handle drop 4". Good vintage condition with age-appropriate wear and patina throughout. The leather shows natural creasing, surface wear and variations consistent with age and use. The handles had areas of cracking/separation that were carefully repaired, filled and color restored; please see the detailed handle photograph. The repairs are stable and blend well with the surrounding leather. Gold-tone hardware shows light surface wear. Interior is clean overall with normal vintage wear.
