Unbranded Silver-Tone Blue Fleur-de-lis Pendant Necklace

Item is for sale. Please do not purchase before asking any questions, I may have missed some imperfections. All measurements are done flat and are approximate. Chain is (side length only, not whole circumference) 15 inches in length from clasp (the top) to the bottom, not including the thing holding it to the pendant. My home has terrible lighting, the colors may look different in person. Note: I assume this is vintage but there is no branding on the item, and I do not know the era where this is from. Necklace and pendant need to be cleaned. As shown in pictures there are sections that are peeled and or discolored. Chain is somewhat lightweight but pendant has some heft to it. 2nd photo has coins for scale. I do not know if this is real silver and I don’t have (and couldn’t find) any information about the material. Please ask for additional measurements if needed.
