Vintage Boho Tapestry Carpet Bag

Gorgeous 1970s carpet bag, made in Belgium. It features a geometric, traditional middle-eastern or oriental rug pattern, in rich tones of terracotta, brown and black. The main body is crafted from heavy, jacquard-woven tapestry fabric (often called Gobelin tapestry). This gives it the thick look of a real rug. It comes with a braided cord shoulder strap, a metal zip closure and a thick black fringe trim along the bottom edge. Excellent vintage condition. Measures: 12” long with a 3” fringe 12” wide 20” strap drop
