Y2K fairy dress halter top turquoise and black wrap top size small perfect condition rare! This dress is straight out of a 2000’s romcom. Trixxi size small flowy halter top dress with black ruched band at the bust. Very pretty 2000s graphic design. Bust has lining, but no padding. The halter is not adjustable but does have elastic in the center that can stretch further. The material is flowy, but not see-through. Length: 30 inches Bust: can stretch to 13 inches.
