Longchamp Le Planètes crossbody in black coated nylon with leather trim and silver hardware. Planètes is discontinued. Longchamp wound the line down starting in 2014 and has not made it since, so every one on the market is at least a decade old and supply only shrinks. It was the brand's structured, hard-wearing nylon line, built tougher than Le Pliage, and it kept a following that Le Pliage Neo never quite replaced. Single adjustable webbing strap with LONGCHAMP woven into the jacquard, so it wears at shoulder or crossbody length. Leather flap pocket on the front with the embossed jockey logo and two snaps, rear slip pocket, zip top with the jockey charm on the pull. Fully lined with an interior slip pocket. The coated nylon is the point: it takes rain and daily handling without showing it the way leather does, and it holds its shape when the bag is empty. A comparable Longchamp nylon crossbody sells new today for $145 to $215, and that one will not be a Planètes. Condition: Good pre-owned condition with light wear consistent with use.
