I haven't pulled out all the stuffing because I thought the buyer might like being the first to pull it out, but if we need pictures of the inside I can do that! :) Comes with a shoulder strap. graymagnoliaThank you for your question! The newer Rowans that Coach is putting out only come with one shoulder strap. I just looked it up, and it's up to a 15" drop but it also has adjustments to make it shorter.

graymagnolia@lksmoot I think the mini Rowan comes with a crossbody and the Juliets. I wish they would offer both on the Rowans!
