Vintage Blakeney Ironstone Flow Blue Rose Cheese Keeper / Dish – Staffordshire, England Striking vintage Blakeney covered cheese dish featuring rich cobalt-blue roses against glossy white ironstone. The sculptural cover has an ornate arched handle and abundant floral decoration, while the matching base features dimensional blue floral and leaf accents. Blakeney Art Pottery was established in Stoke-on-Trent around 1968 and became known for revival wares inspired by 19th-century Staffordshire pottery, including Flow Blue designs. Marked underneath Blakeney – Ironstone – Staffordshire – England. Measures approximately 9" L × 8" W × 6½" H assembled. Excellent vintage condition with beautiful color and gloss. No chips, cracks or repairs observed. Minor scuff/rub wear is present on the underside foot/rim as photographed. A substantial statement piece for a Flow Blue, English pottery, Grandmillennial or Victorian Revival collection.
