It fully buttons down the front so you can wear it as a sheer slip dress or open as a flowing festival duster over denim shorts and a top! It has adjustable spaghetti straps, but they slide easily making it easiest to wear them all the way loosened. Great condition. Has a small rip at top of strap and a small red stain on the inside top back; both are not noticeable on the outside.
