All buttons are on the back Size 13- please note: vintage sizing is very different than today's. Please see measurements below. Length: 40 inches from waistband to hem of lace outer layer of dress. Waist band (without being stretched is 13 inches (which equates to about 26 inch waist) The waist band is stretchy, it stretches comfortably to 17 inches flat lay (which equates to about a 34 inch waist) The pit to pit chest measurement is 19 inches.
