This listing is for a beautiful matching pair of vintage, mid-century modern decorative wooden wall plates. Each plate features a vibrant, hand-painted scene depicting a classic Spanish bullfight (Fiesta de Toros). Both pieces are oil or gouache paintings executed directly onto round, thick natural wood plates. The natural grain of the wood enhances the background canvas, giving it an authentic, warm, rustic mid-century look. Approximately 8.5" in diameter. Excellent preowned condition. The painted graphics retain vibrant coloration with dynamic impasto/textured paint strokes. The wood grain and outer borders display normal vintage wear consistent with age.
