mamakimski@tje12345 Yup! And they're supposed to help with core support which is def needed post recovery c section. Your hospital should be proving you a pretty basic Velcro "belly binder" during your stay, ask your nurse for a couple extras to take home with you! I used reg high waisting leggings with those for weeks and that also helped!
