Parrish LA Wool Cashmere Cardigan Sweater Thick

Appears new--not seeing any signs of wear on this cozy wool/cashmere sweater. . This sweater is thick and has a bit of springy squishy feel to it. Sleeves are full-length. I don't know what's up with the piece of red yarn at the back collar. It looks intentional and doesn't seem to be holding anything in (like the inner tag). Stitching goes about an inch and a half. Would be very easy to remove without damaging the sweater using a seam ripper or fine point scissors.
