kenshawgspRuth, hi, I just purchased this but had some questions. It says the waist on the skirt is 20 inches but on a size 22 it should be 32 inches? Could you confirm and get back to me as soon as possible /Also wanted to confirm that it would arrive by next Wednesday sept 23 ?

kenshawgsp^^ and wish I could redact one of those comments on the waist size 🤦‍♀️🤣. I understand it should be doubled at around 40 inches in circumference, which is fine.. 20 inches is the size flat.
