Waist stretches comfortably to 30 inches around and at rest it does have extra elastic reinforcing it it's at 20 so it stretches a lot. Length 42 inches VERY long Handmade by me and never worn comes with a tag from my small business and things you need to know - 1. Made with 100% vintage cotton textiles so that means it's HEAVY. It's also lined with 100% cotton so this is a sturdy heavy duty skirt and not a lightweight item by any means. 2. It's handmade so it's imperfect and using vintage textiles often means scuffs, marks, and honest wear. Expect to see this in spots and while to some it's charming others wanting factory finished perfection should skip. 3. The ruffle layers are all build on top of a cotton liner. The waist has extra elastic sewn into the waistband because the skirt is made from such quality heavy cotton the weight of it required it and the elastic invisible from the inside and pictured. 4. Includes a dust bag for storage so you don't need to hang. Okay to go in the wash but hang dry and press. 5. This took forever and is one of a kind. Fabrics are all vintage high quality. It's honestly a pretty epic skirt lol. Cosplay, country concerts, photo shoots, this is it.
