black velvet and gold lace drop waist halter dress

this beauty begins with a black velvet halter. There’s actually some insect straps in the back, but it’s more halter than anything. The drop waste has a lace full skirt attached in gold and black. There’s even a crinoline into this piece. if I were to hazard to guess I would say vintage 1990 could be late 80s. This is new with tags and it’s an excellent condition. I feel that the velvet has a little bit of a purple tinge around the back of the collar. As this is a vintage piece please see my measurement photos.
