Ciao Lucia Neroli Rosette Midi Dress

Really cute black Ciao Lucia dress with white rose detail on the waist. Back has elastic along the waist with a tie bust detail. Size small, but runs big imo- best for Medium or a maybe small with large bust. Good used condition- has tags from a boutique but was never worn by me since I need a smaller size. 63% Cotton, 37% Nylon. Approx measurements: Pit to pit: 16” and can work for bigger sizes due to tie detail Waist: 13.5”
