Condition & Flaw Details (Fully Disclosed): Good pre-owned condition. Missing Skirt Appliqués: Missing 3 hanging tie-strings/mini flower charms on one side of the lower skirt (see photo details #13). The main 3D floral appliqué on the upper bodice is 100% intact.
