Altar'd State Mauve Ruffled Smocked Waist Long Sleeve Off Shoulder Dress peasant

Soft pink/mauve long-sleeve babydoll mini dress with ruffled and low neckline by Altar’d State. It is NWT but there is one tiny light colored mark on left upper shoulder (may be a pen mark and may come out with first wash, see last photo). Able to adjust shoulders to on or off. Smocked waist creates a flattering, fitted look. Flowing skirted hem for feminine movement. Lightweight, silky looking fabric suitable for day or night. Sleeves have a ballooned look and elastic around cuffs flatters the shape. Material is stretchy to fit the small sizing (see sizing chart above). Low, flattering feminine neckline in front and back. Approximate measurements: length 31”, 15” pit to pit laying flat (will stretch to fit 34-35” bust), waistline 13” laying flat (easily stretches more with smocking), hips 22” laying flat (skirt has flare).
