I consider it to be in good used condition. PLEASE NOTE: It SMELLS MUSTY from Storage. I sprayed it with Lysol and it still smells musty so as I sprayed some Febreze on it too. I wanted you let you know this in case you are sensitive to smells. It still Smells Musty. Measurements are very rough and colors may be off because of lighting.
