amfiedel@naomilcm laid flat, armpit to armpit is 15 1/2", shoulder to hem in the back is 23" and the front, which is a little longer, is 25". There is stretch, and while it says it's a large, I would say it's more medium. But again, it's stretchy so probably can fit anyone (although it would be pretty loose on really thin people)
