Welcome to Garlind Clothing! Condition: Fair. There is a spot on the left front velvet section which may come out with additional cleaning. There is a spot on the lower back near the hem. Some of the black lace striping is wearing off, especially under the arms. The lining has a bit of wear on it as well which you can see in pictures. Please see all pictures and measurements.
