Vintage 1970s Lane Bryant dyed lamb suede maxi coat in rich chocolate brown with oversized cream plush collar, removable self belt, button front, patch pockets, and dramatic full-length silhouette. Heavyweight genuine suede with natural hide construction. Original vintage Lane Bryant tags and Leathercraft care booklet included; booklet copyright dated 1975. Vintage sizing note: Tagged size 18, but vintage sizing runs significantly smaller than modern sizing. Based on measurements, this appears closer to approximately a modern women’s 10–12 depending on proportions, layering, and desired fit. Please compare measurements carefully. Measurements laid flat: • Pit to pit: 21” • Shoulder to shoulder: 18” • Waist buttoned: 19.5” • Sleeve: 26” • Shoulder to hem: 52” Remarkably well preserved for its age. Suede remains thick and substantial with no cracking, flaking, or peeling. Small localized nap/pressure mark near lower hem, shown in photos. Original paper tags and booklet show expected age-related wear. Made in USA. Material tag reads Dyed Lamb. Style #7377. Approx. weight 7.1 lb. Rare true 1970s statement outerwear with beautiful original provenance.

nikitamarie3@nammiep Absolutely! I just remeasured to make sure I was giving you the most accurate numbers. Measured flat, the width across the back from armhole seam to armhole seam is approximately 16”. The upper-arm/bicep width is approximately 7.5–8” flat. I’m happy to take any other measurements you’d like!
