Authentic vintage Juliana Delizza and Elster brooch and matching earrings. The stones are topaz color, clear, aurora borealis. It really shimmers! Certain Juliana jewelry are not signed. Earring still have the tension to stay on ears. This is the history of the Juliana jewelry that is very interesting; William DeLizza and Harold Elster founded DeLizza & Elster in New York City around 1947. William's son, Frank DeLizza, later joined and became a central figure in the company's operations. •The Name: The name "Juliana" was inspired by Frank DeLizza's mother, Julia, combined with another family name, Anna. •Production Years: The specific Juliana-tagged line was produced for a short and intense window, primarily between 1963 and 1968, as D&E tried wholesaling directly under their own identity to department stores and boutiques. •The Unsigned MysteryPaper Hang Tags: Juliana pieces were never stamped or signed with the "Juliana" name on the metal.
