This specimen is a very large multi terminated, rough matrix AURALITE, or red cap- 23 amethyst dream Chevron specimen. There is so much to say about this specific gemstone/mineral, that is difficult to word it correctly, therefore, I shared some information in the photographs. I will be adding measurements and weight. I think it’s about a half a pound but it might be more. This is a very, very rare piece. The orange, the black, the inclusions, the rainbows, the bright purple spots, the brown, the clear, the white, this is what makes it so powerful and why is named.Auralite 23. There are 23 minerals that make up this type of very rare stone. This very specific and rare peace is one of a handful and are the oldest known minerals to be found in a mine by modern humans. The carbon ages them back to between 1.2 and 1.5. BILLION YEARS OLD, maybe more. There are several locations of the Chevron dream amethyst 23, but the most notable place that they are from is Ontario, Canada.
