Muffy Young handwoven and hand-dyed artisan scarf featuring an intricate geometric block design in black with muted gray, lavender, olive/gold and copper tones. Finished with hand-twisted fringe. Muffy Young is an American textile artist and handweaver known for complex multi-harness weaving and hand-dyed silk scarves and shawls. Her sewn label is present and reads "handwoven & dyed Muffy Young." Measures approximately 9.5" wide x 66" long, not including fringe. Very good preowned condition overall. There is one small pulled black thread/loop on the front and several pulled/loose threads on the reverse side. No repairs have been attempted. Please review close-up photos for condition.
