Leather is super soft and squishy, but it is a bit dry and could probably benefit from some conditioning. No major wear to the body of the bag. No noticeable darkening of the handles or fraying of the handle lacing. Hardware is shiny and in good shape. Zipper works well. Interior of the bag is clean. No foul odors.
