christineisflyHi, it’s hard to get a measurement because of the style of the dress, but there is a draw string tie under the bust and if that is untied and pulled to the widest point, it’s 23” across. As for the hip, it’s hard to say because the skirt is flowy, but I measured across the blue line in the pattern and it was 34” and gets wider from there to the floor. These measurements are while the dress is laying flat. I hope that makes sense and helps you 😊
