mscynthiaanneFYI, you measured the shoulders too low across the back of the jacket. The shoulders are measured along the top of the jacket, along the shoulder seams, starting and ending where the shoulder seams meet the sleeve seams. So you can tell if the shoulders start where you need them to. You know, if they will be too wide and sag down your arm, or too narrow to get the jacket on. 😊
