noicannot@vandyd it's a bit hard to tell, since the sole fluctuates in height also. At the toe it's about half an inch then goes to an inch at the in-step. If I measure the heel from the foot bed to the ground in the back it's a little over two and a half inches but when you take the sole into consideration the lift is about an inch and a half.
