Cute 97% cotton white button front top. This is size small. This has long sleeves, buttons at the sleeves. Cute peplum style hemline (bubble hem). This had a thin cotton belt at one point as you can see from the belt loops but this could easily be replaced. Shoulder seam to hemline 24 inches across chest pit to pit 18 inches.
