There are only very minor callouts, which are just a few small pen marks in the bottom of the bag inside, but they are almost hidden. A very minor scratch on the bottom of the bag, but extremely faint. Some very minor blackening areas on the bottom on the cream color but again these are very hard to find. There is no wearing in. The corners. Handles are in excellent condition with no fraying. This is a very roomy bag without being too bulky approximately 10 inches depth. Approximately 17 inches sideways. Length of the bottom of the bag is 6 inches. The two shoulder straps are approximately 20 inches drop. They are not adjustable. Smoke free home.
