jentry83It has a little stretch but not at the top bc of the button closure. It does not have a size, thats why I showed the measurements- if you need additional measurements I am happy to do.

jentry83no flaws or condition issues. by the inside tag as shown in the picture i guess there is that small pinhole where the tag is connected , thats all :)
