Usha Tie Strap Maxi Dress from Billy J Boutique. Size 6 (fits S-M), Navy blue. I had it hemmed so that it is more of a midi dress than a maxi dress (see photos, I am 5”2) and so the neck line doesnt sit too low. Originally paid $145 plus tax and paid for alterations, but only worn once as a bridesmaids dress. In excellent condition.
