Vintage from the 1950s- Ardalt Lenwile #7065 verithin porcelain boudoir table lamp featuring a hand painted porcelain base with a Victorian/Colonial lady in an elegant soft pink and white tiered dress/ballgown with delicate carved ruffle trim on dress hem, arms and bodice, gold gilt edges, painted yellow flowers throughout the dress and a matching ornate carved pedestal base. The shade sits atop an interior circular harp and features a fluted umbrella style shape with matching ruffle trim, delicate carved pink roses, soft pink drapery bows and open work lattice diamond carvings. The lamp shade has small pierced holes throughout for the light to shine through, as well as light that glows onto the lady. Ardalt, Inc was a a New York City based company that used China ware from Japan for many of their items and produced under the brand name Lenwile China. The company was around from the 1940s to 1960s. Measures 18 inches height x 4 inches diameter base x 7 inches diameter shade at bottom. Includes original lamp parts and cord with push through on/off toggle.
