tovafelder@pinkshoes63 I'm honestly not sure how to get good measurements for you, because the dress is gathered from the decorative neckline down. If I measure straight across the front, armpit to armpit, that's 20". If it helps, I wear a 44DD and the dress fits me. My best attempt to measure from side seam to side seam, two inches below the armpits, is about 30" and it gets more full from there. Front neckline, straight down the front to the hem, is about 27.5". It's definitely a mini dress.
