I unearthed my box of Hagen-Renaker animals that I started collecting in 1975. Of this group, I only believe the puppy to be Hagen-Renaker because I purchased it. The others were given to me after neighbors and friends learned my brother tipped my shelf with my collection and many broke. The larger dog has a marking underneath HR 1987 but I'm pretty certain they never marked the underside. I thought the armadillo was Hagen-Renaker but it also has a stamp on the underside. The ducks and cats are definitely not HR. I have no earthly idea who gave them to me or if they are even of value other than all are in good condition but the larger duck has a nick on the tail. These have been wrapped in Kleenex in a shoebox for the past 40 years. I’m too afraid to wash and clean them as I don’t want to cause damage. It was a wonderfully LOVED collection. Bundle them up or buy them all as they need a new home.
