Adorable midi dress with a drop waist and flowy skirt. The dress comes with 2 ribbons that can be tied onto the dress or used as a hair accessory to match the dress. The fabric is a beautiful chiffon material that is slightly sheer but opaque enough to be worn without a slip underneath. The fabric has a slight stretch to it and hugs the body quite well-please keep this in mind when looking at the dress measurements. ***Please note the last photo: the right underside of the collar has some stiffness to the fabric. There is fabric adhesive to remedy some fraying done by a previous owner. It is not visible and does not at all affect the function or aesthetic of the dress.
