1930s Vintage Ivory Midi Dress Bow Tie Front to Back Strap Puff Sleeve #45 Side Snap buttons and Hook & Eye's for side closure Length 38" Bust 34.5" at max capacity Waist 28.5" at max capacity Hips 41" Sleeve cuff diameter A couple stains/markings here and there (shown in photos) No major flaws This dress reminds me of a backing-dress that would be used to put a lace or chiffon overlay on it. Its made out od some sort of satiny fabric that has some body but still has some drape and flow. The fabric is a little noisy 'like tafetta' but is not tafetta and not extremely stiff like tafetta. I would say it is a satin. Comes from a pet free and smoke free environment
