jillsummers905No its long sleeve and pushed up on the model. I use black hair ties and push the sleeves up when I wear it myself but they are long sleeves. Good luck! It sounds like a fun work trip!

jillsummers905I get it! The sleeves have been shortened so they are 15 inches from the armpit for reference. Length from shoulder is 23 inches. When buttoned arm pit to arm pit looks like 18. As far as weight it's not heavy. I'm in CA where it is warm. Central Valley. I run cold so it works for me for a fall evening but we have no humidity. Sorry for thr late reply. My day started later than yours and I had dome business I needed to deal with this morning.
