Great broomstick style lightweight but not see through (has lightweight cotton lining) summer packable skirt. Twist and store in the little bag (see photo) Great for travel. Fabric tag is gone but I had another one like this so I know it is 100% cotton.
The skirt hem is finished with serge, not a true hem.
Some of the hem serge is fraying, see detail photo
for an example, is very hard to see the fraying when wearing with the floral pattern, the crinkling and swinginess of the skirt. Nevertheless, selling cheap!
